Online Registration for Club Membership and Events – Opens October 15

Club Membership
The ski club uses the online event registration system hosted by Zone 4 for club registration and event payment. Payment is by credit card only.
Zone 4 is used by various sports organizations including CCSAM. The Zone 4 registration form ensures that the club collects all the information needed to operate our various events and satisfies the insurance requirements for Cross Country Canada (Nordiq Canada).
The Prairie Nordic Ski Club is an affiliated member of CCSAM (Cross Country Ski Association of Manitoba) and members are required to sign the Nordiq Canada “INFORMED CONSENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT” form.
Memberships are valid until October 31 of the following year and must be renewed annually.
Ski Club Membership fees
Prairie Nordic Ski Club Annual Membership: $15 per person. (children under 19 are free)
Plus – Nordiq Canada and CCSAM Membership: $20 per person or $38 per family
e.g. Total Individual Fee: 15 + 20 = $35;
e.g. Total 2 person Family Fee: 15 + 15 + 38 = $68
Registration and Payment
- Access the online Zone4 registration form here: CLUB REGISTRATION
- Payment is by MasterCard or VISA Only.
- within minutes, you will receive an e-mailed receipt from Zone 4.
CCSAM Membership fees
The CCSAM and Nordiq Canada membership fees are shown separately from the club program/membership fees on your emailed receipt. Individual members, including each family member, who become members of more than one club in Manitoba DO NOT pay the CCSAM membership fee twice as they are recognized in Zone4 as having paid that fee already (Provided the name and address are spelled the same in each club).
Bus Trips, Social Events and Ski Lesson Registration and Payment
- Registration and payment for Bus Trips, Social Events (Pot Luck, Social Evening, Pool Night) and Ski Lessons are through Zone 4. There are no refunds for Membership Fees or Club Events unless the event is cancelled by the Club Executive.
- If you are returning to register and pay for additional events and have already purchased your membership, Re-enter your Name, email, phone number and home address the same as on your initial registration and Select the “Membership already paid” option to prevent being charged for membership again.
- See our News section at the bottom of the Home page for a summary of the current year’s Social Events, Bus Trips, Ski lessons and Weekend trips.
- Members are encouraged to sign up in Meetup for Bus Trips and Social Events to see event details and receive important updates and member comments.
